Digital Marketing Manager (Part time)

We are looking for a talented part time Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome team. This role is responsible for developing the broader digital marketing strategy across all online channels to elevate the brand presence and awareness of the organisation.

You will:

  • Have a minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience, ideally in an studio/agency environment
  • Have excellent understanding of ecommerce general best practices
  • Have a passion for online marketing and keep up to date with the latest blogs, trends, tools and strategic insights
  • Have previous experience researching & copywriting blog articles, case studies, website marketing copy
  • Have worked with analytics and email marketing and marketing automation in past roles
  • Have the ability to develop, create, coordinate, write and publish original social media content and formats that drive brand engagement
  • Development and implementation of a marketing calendar
  • The ability to create, write and distribute new and engaging content
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals and expected growth
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for the business
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Assist with events and webinar promotion
  • Be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Management of internal and external communications, such as collaboration with staff, clients & partners

Highly regarded:

  • Proficient with a variety of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mail Chimp
  • Experience with the Shopify platform
  • Have expertise with SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Organic traffic fundamentals
  • Have a current and successful track record in the adoption of digital strategies, and an in-depth knowledge of digital products including Paid Search, social media, SEO, Retargeting, Content management, A/B split testing and Google Analytics to name a few
  • Experience in optimising landing pages
  • Strong experience with generating reports and analysing the ROI on each campaign
  • Sound time management, an eye for detail and works well independently
  • Knowledge of web technologies and how to best apply them
