Digital Project/Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic & talented Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring team members are briefed and projects are delivered on time, to expectation and on budget. You will need to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client correspondence. You’ll be working closely with our Agency’s Director and Studio Manager.

You will work with a diverse range of clients and undertake a variety of different tasks and roles as required when working within a small studio.

You will:

  • Be the energetic, friendly face of our agency while building trust with our clients and establishing solid ongoing relationships
  • Provide high quality, engaging service to our clients via phone, email and meetings
  • Manage client expectations and coordinate with our development team to deliver efficient solutions
  • Establish project timelines and monitor milestones
  • Schedule and prioritise tasks for the individual team members to deliver
  • Ensure project management software is an accurate reflection of the status of current projects and tasks
  • Deliver high quality, cutting edge websites on time and on budget
  • Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Liaise with management on project budgets and progress
  • Organised with superior time management and attention to detail

Highly regarded:

  • Have a minimum 2+ years agency experience in a Project Management role, within the digital industry
  • Experience with ecommerce platform such as Shopify, Magento, Neto or Woo Commerce
  • Experience with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello or Basecamp
  • Experience with digital marketing, design and or front-end development
