Digital Project/Account Manager

We are looking for a talented Digital Project/Account Manager to help us grow both our clients and our business. This is a great opportunity to take your skills to the next level and work with a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring team members are briefed and projects are delivered on time, to expectation and on budget.

You will need to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client correspondence.

You will:

  • Be a brilliant project manager with a passion for achieving success on the web
  • Minimum 3+ years agency background
  • Manage a variety of client projects at one time
  • Ensure all team members are briefed and projects are delivered on time, to expectation and on budget
  • Liaising with clients to gather requirements and documents
  • Proactively improving our internal processes to provide value to our clients and team
  • Establish timelines and monitor milestones
  • Schedule and prioritise tasks for the individual team members to deliver
  • Manage client relationship and expectations throughout the projects
  • Ensure project management software is an accurate reflection of the status of current projects and tasks
  • Liaise with management on project budgets and progress
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to translate client requirements into online solutions
  • Project Management qualifications and/or suitable extensive experience

Ideally you may have some of the following:

  • Experience implementing digital platforms
  • Highly developed and effective negotiation, influencing, and people and stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Knowledge of web technologies and how to best apply them
  • Understanding of UX principles
  • Experience with the Shopify platform
