UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright & talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI). Someone who can take strategy and concept, convert them into aproduct, ensure a great user experience, and iterate with further testing.

The ideal candidate will be professional in both presentation and communication and enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are not afraid to branch outside their comfort zone. This role will work closely with our Project Managers, Developers & Designers working on a variety of client’s projects.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Take a Sketch/Figma design for the homepage and using it as the basis for mocking up other site pages
  • Wireframing
  • UX strategy
  • Website UI development
  • Other tasks required for a small digital agency

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in either Figma or Sketch
  • Experience in the Adobe Suite
  • Understanding of responsive design for mobile and desktop
  • Take an analytical approach to wireframes and designs.
  • An exceptional eye for typography and UX conventions.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design and strong analytical abilities.
  • A critical mindset, we’re always considering the “why”
  • Be self-motivated and have the drive to learn and update new skills in emerging technologies.
  • Qualifications, or working towards qualifications, in Graphic Design
  • Exceptional creative skills
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication
