Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic & talented Personal Assistant to assist the Managing Director. You are professional in both presentation and communication and enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment.

This role will include:

  • Reading, monitoring and responding to emails
  • Organising meetings
  • Taking minutes    
  • Calendar/diary management
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Assisting in creating sales proposals and briefs
  • General office admin
  • Answering Phones
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

You will:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital industry
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude towards all aspects of your work
  • Organised with superior time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure, think quick, and roll with challenges as they are put forward
  • Maturity of judgement, discretion and a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, problem-solving, manage and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work
  • Able to work autonomously & be part of our team & culture

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot’
  • Have an interest in the e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle & beauty industry
