Sales/Administration Assistant

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic & talented Sales/Administration Assistant to join our team. You are professional in both presentation and communication and enjoy working within a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment.

You will:

  • Have a minimum 3+ years of Sales/Administration experience
  • Have a high attention to detail, are organised and able to understand and follow instructions
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise in this busy studio environment
  • Be polite, articulate, confident, professional and have an efficient telephone & email manner
  • Be a fast learner with a bright personality and a courteous, pleasant and professional manner, with excellent people skills
  • Be sales driven and a self-motivated person
  • Assist with creating, sending and follow up proposals for our clients and prospective clients
  • Manage the CRM records & database
  • Develop & create weekly & monthly lead & sales reports
  • Coordinate sale meetings
  • Greet clients both onsite & over the phone
  • Ad hoc admin assistant tasks as required by the Process team

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot’
  • Have previous experience is a studio/agency environment
  • Have an interest in the e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle & beauty industry
